PURE PARTS – Thermo as the active functional world

PURE THERMO · Application · Development route

Interior

Defined development route for thermal interior, existing-building and detail applications.

  • System ID: SYS-PT-INT-001
  • Version: 1.0
  • Status: System definition / test programme
B · internally documented
Important maturity noteThis page describes a system definition and an ongoing test programme, not a completed building-authority approval.
Problem & route

Interior surfaces need thermal function without massive build-up.

Pure Thermo Interior addresses interior walls, cellars, cold surfaces, reveals and details where conventional insulation systems are limited by space or construction.

The route is not a general mould-prevention claim or whole-building energy upgrade. It defines a system build-up from substrate to primer, PURE THERMO and optional finish.

Illustrative interior route. Suitability, moisture behaviour and system build-up require project-specific assessment.

Not generally released yet

Arbitrary organic substrates, wood, steel, gypsum / drywall systems without separate testing, and actively damp components are not generally released for this route.

Existing technical basis

An external core test exists for the product-side thermal value foundation. Assignment to the current Pure Thermo formulation is still being documented.

System tests still to be closed

  • Clear final product / formulation assignment
  • Final system build-up
  • VOC / interior air
  • Adhesion on defined substrates
  • Water / moisture behaviour in the system
  • Hygrothermal assessment
  • Minimum fire behaviour

Application process

  1. Assess substrate and moisture cause.
  2. Prepare the substrate.
  3. Apply defined pretreatment / primer.
  4. Apply Pure Thermo according to the released system build-up.
  5. Document drying and layer thickness.
  6. Use an optional finish only after system release.
  7. Complete quality control and site documentation.

Quality assurance

Document object and component, substrate type and condition, moisture assessment, batch number, temperature, relative humidity, consumption, layer thickness, application date, photographs, applying contractor and release / acceptance.

Technical limits

  • No sealing against constructive or penetrating moisture.
  • No general energy-performance release.
  • No general substrate release.
  • No general mould-prevention claim.
  • No general funding claim.
